By utilizing controlled plasma, the Al2TEO process remelts the surface of soft valve metal into corundum, instantly 'quenching' it in the electrolyte. The resulting dense crystal lattice of the alpha-phase, paired with an ultra-fine grain structure, provides the coating with its signature diamond-like hardness.

Al2TEO

We offer flexible engagement models — ranging from low-risk initial testing to full-scale production deployment:
Custom Coating Services.
The customer sends a batch of parts — we apply the coating using our operating equipment and ship them back. This is the lowest-risk format to evaluate the technology in action.
Pilot Production Line.
A compact system designed to refine and validate production parameters for a specific customer product — for instance, a single piston component line or a specific part size.
Turnkey Industrial Line.
Delivery of a mass-production line complete with commissioning, staff training, process recipe transfers, and a five-year warranty.
Localized Assembly under Supervision.
A portion of the equipment is assembled at the customer's site or by a local partner to reduce costs. Critical components, including the power supply and software, are supplied and maintained exclusively by us.
